Your company name is Blessed Baskets. Will you be using religious products in the baskets?
Although the owner is a Christian, we do not make baskets with a “religious” theme unless they are specifically requested. In fact, most of the baskets ordered from us do not have a “religious” theme.
How do I place an order with Blessed Baskets?
Order online 24 hours a day with our secure shopping cart or call (240) 449-4438 between 9:00 a.m – 6:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. We will contact you by phone or e-mail to confirm your order.

Will the gift I order look exactly like the one in the picture?
Gift baskets shown on this website are general representations of our gift selections. Our designs and inventory are constantly changing with the discovery of new items and trends and therefore we cannot guarantee that any two gifts will be exactly alike. You may rest assured that this will only enhance and not change the theme of your unique gift. We reserve the right to substitute an item with one of equal or greater value, due to availability of products and containers, seasonal changes, or any other reason.
Can you substitute an item in the basket?
Yes, if the substitution is in stock.
I don’t see exactly what I want on your website, can you customize the gift basket for me?
Yes! We offer complimentary gift concierge services to help you select the most appropriate gift. Call (240) 449-4438 between 9:00 a.m – 6:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
Can you include wine or alcohol in my gift basket?
We do not have a liquor license, but we would be happy to include sparkling cider or non-alcoholic wine in your gift basket.
Do you hand deliver and what will it cost? Do you deliver locally on weekends?
Hand delivery is available in the Gaithersburg, Germantown, Darnestown, Potomac, Derwood, Montgomery Village, Rockville, North Potomac, Damascus, Bethesda, Silver Spring, and most of Montgomery County 9:00 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
We must have the recipient’s phone number in order to make the delivery. The hand delivery fee is $15-$25 for residential and commercial locations. Local one-day shipping is available for other Maryland locations.
What is the cut-off time for same-day delivery?
Do you deliver to hospitals?

How do I know if my order was received or has shipped?
We will contact you by phone or e-mail to confirm your order. Tracking information will be sent by e-mail when your gift has been shipped.
How will my order be shipped?
Gift baskets (non-fruit) are shipped via FedEx and UPS. FedEx and UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes, therefore USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation will be the shipping method if you are shipping to a post office box. USPS Priority Mail packages are delivered in approximately 2-3 days. Refer to the shipping page for approximate FedEx and UPS delivery times. Weekends are not counted by UPS as shipping days.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. If an order is received on Friday through Sunday or a holiday it will be processed on the next business day.
Do you deliver overseas?
We only ship within the continental United States
Do you collect sales tax?
Yes, a 6% tax is added to all orders.
Do basket prices include delivery fees?
Gift basket prices do not include shipping and handling fees. Our secure shopping cart will calculate your shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are based on the size and weight of the gift, the destination, and the cost of our packing materials. If the shipping fee is less than the shopping cart calculation, your credit card will be charged the lower amount plus the cost of packing materials and the price of the gift.
Can I include my own gift card message?
An enclosure card can be included in your gift basket with your personalized message.
How quickly will my gift arrive?

Find your state on the map and refer to the color key on the right side of the map to find out approximate shipping times to your location. FedEx delivery time is based on delivery to commercial locations. Shipments to residential or rural areas may extend shipping times.
Will I be charged for the redelivery of gift baskets?
To avoid delay of shipment and possible additional fees from the shipping carrier, please be sure that all recipient address information is accurate, including recipient’s full name and address with apartment numbers. Additional fees from the shipping carrier will be charged to the buyer. No refunds will be made for incorrect addresses or refused shipments.
If a gift is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be contacted to provide a corrected shipping address. If redelivery is required for a corrected address, an additional shipping fee will be charged.
